Maintenance
as a Service
Care for your water systems.
Clarity for your team.
A leaking line. A pump alarm. A landscape that is not getting enough water. MaaS brings monitoring, planned maintenance and clear reporting together to support the people keeping these systems running.

The system is installed.
The responsibility continues.
Once a water system is in use, someone needs to know how it is performing, what was last checked and what needs attention next.
Netatech’s Maintenance as a Service gives that work a structure: monitoring where available, planned equipment checks, follow-up actions and records your team can use.
For building owners, facilities teams, managing agents and the people caring for landscapes.
Three systems.
Care shaped around your site.
We focus on rainwater harvesting, irrigation and ABC Waters features. The maintenance plan follows the equipment and conditions on your site.

Rainwater Harvesting
Care for the equipment that collects, treats and distributes rainwater.
- Pumps, pump panels and tank condition
- Filters, strainers and UV treatment equipment
- Level sensors, top-up controls and circulation systems

Irrigation
Help your landscape team keep water delivery in step with the needs of the planting.
- Controller checks and scheduling review
- Flow, pressure, valves and drip distribution
- Installed rain, soil and other relevant sensors

ABC Waters
Plan the upkeep of rain gardens, swales and other installed treatment features.
- Inlet, outlet and visible flow-path inspection
- Vegetation, sediment and blockage observations
- Feature-specific upkeep and follow-up recommendations
Scope applies to installed and applicable equipment. Visit frequency, monitoring, reporting and response arrangements are agreed in the service proposal.
A clearer rhythm
for everyday system care.
Four connected parts help your team move from isolated checks towards an ongoing maintenance plan.
Monitor
Review available readings, system status and alerts. Connected monitoring helps your team see issues that may need a closer look.
Maintain
Carry out agreed inspections and functional checks, with planned visits and follow-up on abnormal conditions.
Optimise
Review operating observations and adjust schedules or settings where required and within the agreed scope.
Report
Keep a clear record of checks, work completed, observations and recommendations, so the next step is easier to follow.
For compatible connected installations, iNeta supports review of system readings and alerts. We assess the sensors, controls and connectivity available before defining the monitoring scope.

Know what was checked.
Know what comes next.
Monthly maintenance reports can bring inspections, work completed and observations into one record. Your team has something to refer to, share and follow up.
- Checks and maintenance work carried out
- Observations and available system readings
- Recommended actions and items needing follow-up
- Records that support operational and sustainability reporting
Start with what
you have on site.
- 01 / SHARE
Tell us what you look after.
Share the system type, site location and the issues or support needs you want to address.
- 02 / REVIEW
Understand the setup.
Review equipment, available records, access and monitoring capability to define the work.
- 03 / AGREE
Build the service plan.
Agree the maintenance scope, visit frequency, reporting and response arrangements.
A few practical questions.
Every installation is different. These are some of the details we work through with you.
Can you look after an existing water system?
An initial review helps us understand the equipment, condition, access requirements and available records. We then define a suitable maintenance scope and identify any repairs or monitoring changes to consider.
Does every system need remote monitoring?
Monitoring depends on the sensors, controls and connectivity available on site. Planned inspections and equipment checks are defined separately. We assess what can be monitored remotely and whether changes are needed.
What happens when an alert needs attention?
Alert review, site attendance, response arrangements and any repair work are defined in the service scope. Tell us the support your site needs so these expectations can be agreed clearly.
Can the reports support sustainability reporting?
Maintenance records and available operational readings can support water-performance tracking and sustainability reporting. The included data, reporting format and frequency are agreed around the needs of your site.
How are the scope and price decided?
We consider the installed systems, pumps and treatment equipment, irrigation zones, site access, monitoring capability and visit frequency. The proposal sets out the included work, reporting, response arrangements and exclusions.
Tell us what’s on your site.
Rainwater tanks, pumps, irrigation or ABC Waters features. Let us know what you look after and where you need support, and we can start defining a maintenance plan together.
